    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was truly a great opportunity to learn more about Bank of America Merrill Lynch and the banking industry in general. The Insight program provided several networking events, presentations and case studies. It was definitely a unique experience.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • Very valued. The culture at BAML is really special. All of the company representatives that I met during the Insight Week were really keen on telling me about their jobs, about the firm and about themselves.

    • Fantastic. The HR and other representatives really did a great job.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Definitely skills for life. Presentation skills, analytical skills and social skills were all developed. I also learned about the many different divisions which is helpful for me since I aim to pursue a career in banking.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • As mentioned above, the HR really did a great job providing support and guidance throughout the program. Every day was planned in detail and all of the events felt relevant and interesting.

    • Great. Really interesting people, the whole BAML culture and the events made the atmosphere really special and fun.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • In everything that we did. We were given opportunities to ask questions, chat with representatives and to practice presentation skills in front of senior members of the firm.

    • Greatly since all divisions of the bank held presentations.

    • Really fun and varied. We had lunch on a roof top, had dinner with representatives and much more.
