  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I thoroughly enjoyed the Summer Insight Week at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. The work shadowing, division presentations and the various networking events proved beneficial in aiding my career development.

    • All of the Insight Interns were given great attention. The Graduate Recruitment team put a lot of time and effort into making our experience valuable. The employees from all divisions were very friendly and willing to share their knowledge.

    • I feel that I received a lot of guidance during my time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

    • I believe that the skills that I have acquired from this week-long experience will prove very beneficial in the long term. I feel that I have improved my presentation, communication and leadership skills significantly, which will aid me in my career ahead.

    • The Insight Programme was very well structured. There was a good mix of division presentations, work shadowing and team activities.

    • There was a very positive atmosphere throughout the week. The Graduate Recruitment team and all the employees involved carried a great level of enthusiasm.

    • There were excellent interactive sessions delivered from expert guest speakers with regards to personal development and public speaking.

    • Excellent, there was a formal dinner at the end of the week. This included the interns and many senior employees.
