    • The insight week was very informative, interactive and fun.

    • I felt valued during the insight week because the employees were always willing to communicate and share their experiences.

    • There was much guidance from our wonderful HRs as well as from the bankers during the week.

    • I really enjoyed IBD and Research case studies. Moreover, the trading game was very useful and fun. I think through these activities I have learnt the most.

    • It was a well structured week. Schedule was easy to follow and everything was great.

    • The general atmosphere was very nice. All the people enjoyed themselves and made the best out of the experience.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • The company has invested so much in the development of summer insight participants. The investment ranged from our welcoming packs until our wonderful closing dinner. I should also highlight the importance of time devoted from all the employees at BAML.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?

    • The insight week helped me to learn more about what different divisions really do. It is hard to understand from reading a description of a division, but during the week I gained practical experience of how things work in reality.

    • Employees are the ambassadors of the company and I could really understand the company culture through them.

    • It was quite helpful. Panel discussions and round tables, as well as networking events helped me to learn more and decide where I am most suitable at.

    • There were many opportunities to network during evening events and also morning breakfast.

    • They were very nice because I got to establish a personal contact with an employee.

    • Yes, I did. There are many activities in which I would like to be involved outside of work if I join the bank. I would really enjoy doing voluntary work and contribute to the community development.
