The Role
Almost every day has been engaging as everyone has worked hard to involve me. I am often invited to work on multiple different work streams wherever there is a perceived opportunity for me to make a contribution.
I was welcomed and felt included in all aspects of life in the office.
My supervisor regularly takes the time to discuss my personal development.
There are often periods that are busy which are matched by a steadier pace at other times.
The programming experience that I have developed through independent work is likely to help me in further study and beyond.
The Company
A quiet environment. My immediate team were great.
I understand that my experience has been superior to that of my predecessors.
The online training facilities are easily accessible and informative. I was encouraged to take the time to regularly take courses that were of interest.

Opportunities seem limited at this site.
The Culture
Not many interns so felt a little isolated from the wider intern community.
Occasional events are organized in the office.
Everything closes early locally but there are places further out where you can enjoy a good night out such as Brighton.
There are quite a few sporting activities going on locally and other activities which could be of interest.
