  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • At Goldman you are valued just as much as any other employeee, my status as a placement was irrelevant, and I was treated equally as a full time grad would be. You really felt liek people wanted to hear your opinion and even came to you for advice and direction on aspects that you become knowledgable about

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • There is a great level of support all the way from analaysts through to your managers and department heads. There is a huge emphasis placed on indivudal evelopment and management are always ready to provide feedback both positive and constructive, which is given informally through one to one sessions as well as formal reviews through the year

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • There are days where you can be extremely busy and days where the work balance is a lot better, however saying this if you have too much on your plate, it is really encouraged to socialise this so you are supported and feel able to complete your daily work
