The Role
Loved my placement! I completed I.T Support and I was always busy. I'm all into the i.t stuff, so this suited me down to the ground. All the staff were friendly and I was glad I could help people out.
I felt valued alot by my colleagues. My supervisor always showed me new stuff and always made me feel welcome and part of the team.
Again I cant really say a bad word. If i wasn't sure of something, my supervisor would always help me out and advise me best he could.
Was always terribly busy (as you could imagine!) but it made the days go in quicker which was good haha
Whatever job from the helpdesk that was allocated to my name - i had to complete! Loved the responsibility!
Skills for life! Learned alot and this will definitely help me in the future to come, should i get a job in I.T
The Company
