    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was great experience and there was a lot of information. However, some of the information was common sense or such that you can find in the website of Lloyds Banking Group.

    • I feel each of us had the opportunity to ask questions but I believe we were too many participants.

    • I find the short chats with the graduates the most important piece of information.

    • It was really well organized but I felt it could have been a bit shorter.

    • All the people there were really positive and enthusiastic.

    • Again I didn't fell special or chosen because we were too much people.

    • The graduates done a pretty good job at that because they answered all my questions about both the job and their life outside the workplace.

    • It was pretty much obvious from the speeches of all employees in the company.

    • I received all the information I wanted and I got a clear image of what it is like to work in the banking industry.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • I am still waiting for my payment but I do believe it will come.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Yes, definitely, I believe this was the strongest part of the whole Insight Day.

    • Really good. Although, I wish there was more graduates and more time to talk with them because during lunch each of had lunch on his/her table.

    • I did not receive that much information about this unfortunately.

    • I still think you can find most of the information in the website of the company.
