  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a well organised day with very useful activities. The main speaker made it slightly more lighthearted and more enjoyable.

    • Made it sound like they were lucky to have us there. And felt like they wanted us to work there, having embarked on the insight day

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Very well structured. The day started with an introduction, then a talk from a senior executive at the company, progressing to brief overviews from graduates on the graduate schemes and then a mock assessment exercise.

    • General good atmosphere, helped by the fact the graduates seemed to really seemed to enjoy it and also by the woman taking the insight.

    • Was a short experience, but gave us a past assessment scenario, indicating that value was placed on us.

    • Graduates who were there gave us a brief overview of what they did and then they gave us a more detailed overview when they came around the tables.
