  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • It was an educational and eye-opening experience, I did feel a bit out of my depth.

  • Everybody was very friendly and welcoming.

  • A great deal of guidance about application processes, and the graduate scheme itself, was provided.

  • I felt that the Insight day helped me decide where my future career will lead. However, it did not add anything to my degree studies.

  • The structure of the day was almost flawless, very well organised.

  • Formal but very friendly.

  • It was only a day placement but I felt that they would invest in the future, if I decided to complete a long-term placement there.

  • It was very educational to spend a day in the company's offices and to meet staff and graduates.

  • The staff who spoke to us emphasized the high quality of the company culture.

  • I felt that I learnt a lot from the speakers as well as the other candidates at the experience day.

  • I was reimbursed for my expenses up to £50


  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • We had informal lunch networking session, which was very useful. We could also converse and make connections with other candidates.

  • They were very informal, and on some occasions I was unsure how to approach the session.

  • The staff members mentioned charity work and organisations within Lloyds Banking Group in which people could meet.

  • If you want to find out more about graduate training programmes, this experience is very helpful.
