  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Only a day but it was useful, group activity was fun.

    • Staff were always polite and helpful, graduates were all very down to earth and happy to share their experiences.

    • Not a lot can be fitted into one day, but heard from a senior head of department about her career path, discussed ways to improve our applications and ran through mock assessment activity.

    • Again only one day, so not much development personally.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Timetable did not feel too hectic and rushed, whilst also not feeling like we were wasting time.

    • Majority of people I spoke to were very kind and open, it was easy to network with everyone.

    • Only one day in length so not too much could be done.

    • Received a detailed talk from a senior head of department about her current job and career path. Also spent time with individual graduates to discuss what their jobs are like.

    • 50GBP reimbursement for expenses

    • During the informal lunch we were only able to network with graduates, would have been nice to speak to more senior members.

    • Informal networking during lunch and then time to talk to specific graduates in small groups.
