  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I missed work shadowing and a deeper insight with employees in the business area I would like to join. Has my mentor been of the division I would like to apply, it would have been easier for both.

    • I felt very comfortable within the teams and organisers.

    • Every person I met was accessible and very kind when answering my doubts and queries.

    • Every single piece of knowledge is valuable. There is nothing you can learn and say it is a waste of time.

    • It was so a great experience I am willing to come again as soon as possible.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • There was a last moment change of rooms, and the markets people were staying in outstanding apartments 3min away from the bank. I think it would be better if we all had the same type of hotel/service out of the bank.

    • There is no better insight than meeting the people working in it, and seeing them all happy and smiley

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • I bought and Oyster card because I needed to go from vitoria to stratford, I cannot say if they will reimburse it or not because it is still very early to know it. It was just last week and now is easter holidays. But I do believe there will be no inconvenient.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Maybe we could have focused in teams differentiating where we would like to apply and have an extra day with this focused networking.

    • Some were quite short for us, but I do understand that the employees do not have too many time to loose networking.
