  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The whole vacation placement is really great. The solicitors you get to work with all take a vested interest in you and try and give you interesting work. The extra curricular activities is amazing! ( they take you abroad for the day to visit one of their international offices). You get to sit in two different departments which really aids the decision process of what type of work you may like. The whole experience was excellent.

    • The atmosphere was great the entire time. Graduate recruitment really provide lots of fun activities and even within the office environment everyone you work with is really nice and welcoming

    • You really get a feel for the company culture which is essentially very inclusive and supportive but within a hard working environment. Your supervisors are very supportive in terms of assisting with work and any other questions you may have.

    • There are good opportunities to meet other trainees which is helpful in gaining an insight into the firm. There is not much opportunity for networking with partners unless you are working with them in your departments.

    • Social events are really great! There are quite a few that the firm put on and also because everyone on the scheme gets friendly you probably end up having some kind of social event every other night.
