    • Interns are assessed during every activity they do, so it should be kept in mind especially when interacting with GS employees (from analysts to MDs) in order to make a good impression

    • Everything was planned well in advance and GS is well known to be a very supportive and helpful work environment.

    • Mostly soft skills (presentations, teamwork, networking), some technical (basic accounting, financial awareness etc)

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Very well structured, we had activities planned for every minute of the day from 9 to 6pm.

    • All the participants are smart, motivated kids that would genuinely like to join the firm for the Summer internship.

    • All the activities were aimed at training us. GS is interested in investing on you so that you hopefully will come back as a full time in two years time.

    • We got to know in delpth GS culture and work environment.

    • 800 £ + accomodation (Guoman Tower Hotel) and transportation

    • 60% of the time was just reserved to that

    • You could have exposure to all level employees, all very nice and friendly

    • Yes, just by being proactive and ask people to meet them for a chat after work
