The insight was very useful in understanding what the firm does and how to succeed in a career in the industry.
you are fully integrated into the firm for the duration of the insight and treated like an employee
You are assigned a buddy for the duration of the placement who you can ask any questions you may have . they check on you regularly to ensure that you dong have any concerns and that if you do they can help you with them
The skills I gained and the information I have received are not directly related to my degree as I do not study finance however it has encouraged me to consider taking some finance modules next year
The Company
There was a well strutted timetable for all our working hours during the insight. There was always something to do
The general atmosphere was really friendly and everyone was willing to help despite their busy schedule
the firm ran a number of skills development sessions during the insight
the insight gave a significant insight into what s full time role with the company entails
the insight was useful in understanding the companies culture

there were plenty of opportunities for networking and meeting people form different areas of the firm and in different stages of their career
