About You
A great overall experience.
People in general seemed to listen and value what you had to say.
All instructions were very clear and enabled us to get the most out of the process.
Some of my course involves Finance, and my knowledge was really strengthened by some real insight into the actual industry. For a potential career in Banking, the experience was raelly invaluable.
The Company
Mostly good, but if possible the talks from each division could have been more spaced out instead of back to back each morning.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable process. I especially enjoyed talking and mixing with all the other candidates. People were surprisingly nice!
I felt like I really built on my skills in many respects, especially presentations.
We received a lot of information an even got to shadow. However, I don't think you can ever fully understand what it would be like to work there without some actual work experience, but that is what I think an internship is for. For a spring insight week, it was as useful as it possibly could have been.
We were constantly reminded of it, and actually felt it when conversing with people from different parts of the business.
Incredibly useful. I changed my mind about the departments I was considering.
Everything Else
one week tube travel card
Welcome drinks and a closing dinner, as well as networking events over most lunches.
Enjoyable.
There were activities dedicated to Employee networks and innovation forums.
It was far better than I expected. I really would recommend it.
