  • Some of my course involves Finance, and my knowledge was really strengthened by some real insight into the actual industry. For a potential career in Banking, the experience was raelly invaluable.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Mostly good, but if possible the talks from each division could have been more spaced out instead of back to back each morning.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Overall, it was a very enjoyable process. I especially enjoyed talking and mixing with all the other candidates. People were surprisingly nice!

  • I felt like I really built on my skills in many respects, especially presentations.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • We received a lot of information an even got to shadow. However, I don't think you can ever fully understand what it would be like to work there without some actual work experience, but that is what I think an internship is for. For a spring insight week, it was as useful as it possibly could have been.

  • We were constantly reminded of it, and actually felt it when conversing with people from different parts of the business.
