  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • HR organised a great week, they really did a good job of getting everyone feeling involved and welcome straight away.

    • Not really relevant to an insight programme.

    • Endless support and advice on future plans (summer internships, grad programmes).

    • Big focus on presentational skills, will obviously be useful.

    • Busy all of the time.

    • Very welcoming, everyone very alike and easy to get along with.

    • We spent a fair bit of time doing skill development sessions.

    • Spoke to so many people from the firm, ended with with a really good idea of what it would be like to work there.

    • This was the whole purpose of the week. It's very helpful for getting an overview of everything the bank has to offer.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • Live in London but as I understand it you can get things reimbursed.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • All of the time. One of the best things about the week.

    • The employees were really happy to share their experiences and so many came to the events that there was always someone who worked in one of the divisions you were interested in to chat to.

    • Yes there were presentations on this.

    • Certainly, really great experience.
