The Role
Great experience, highly recommend it
All colleagues in the company worked closely together and got on well. Felt very comfortable with the people I worked with.
Whenever I needed help, assistance or guidance, it was given to me.
The property sector went through its busy periods and quiter periods, a perfect balance.
I was given alot of responsibility during my placement which made me feel trusted and reliable.
The skills I have gained and developed during my placement are skills and experience that will stay with me and assist me throughout future studies and future careers in property.
The Company
Also a friendly, positive atmosphere. Never a dull moment.
The placement was fairly organised. I was thrown into doing my job, in a good way.
If any seminar or training was available, my company was very encouraging for me to attend
Company Parties/Events
If I make a good enough impression, I may secure myself a graduate position, or a part time position during my further studies.
The Culture
I was very friendly with two young female graduates. We were always organising lunches/social events with other graduates.
Not sure about living as I lived outwith the city centre. Socialising was cheap during the week, always food and drink offers on.
Nightlife is great in Glasgow City Centre. Plenty of nice restaurants, pubs and clubs to go to for all budgets and personalities.
There was always social events being oragnised outwith the work place, whether it be sporting events, a pub quiz, etc.
