The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement.
I felt valued by my colleagues. They asked me to undertake meaningful work and provided valuable feedback.
Support was there at the appropriate level. I felt conformtable and did not feel afraid to answer questions.
Generally the right balance - there were odd occassions whn I felt slightly underworked but overall I was kept busy.
A good level - I contributed siginificantly to client reports without feeling out of my depth. Due to the friendly nature of my team I was always able to ask questions.
The internhip was directly relevant to my degree and compounded the knowledge I had developed during my studies.
The Company
Very good - particularly in light of a recent merger. The office was sociable and there were lots of people of a similar age and other interns.
very well organised - proper induction. My team were clearly used to having interns.
My team spent time with me to lern new systems etc.

Very good - the company is market leading. Senior within the company tend to progress internally.
The Culture
Yes very sociable due to the number of interns and the nature of the industry.
