  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a good placement and learnt alt however it was very stressful at times and long hours.

  • Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I felt like a normal employee not a student.

  • I was given help and guidance throughout the whole year.

  • I was kept busy all day every day.

  • I was given responsibility but had to push to be taught what I need to for my uni coursework.

  • Definitely learnt useful skills I can use for my future career.

  • Good staff morale majority of the time.

  • The people involved were great but sometimes had to explain to my manager what I was supposed to be learning.

  • As it was a placement scheme all the students met up to do workshops about 4 times during the year.

  • We were too far apart to see each other.

  • I worked in a very expensive area.

  • A few small bars, good restaurants though.
