The Role
Fantastic programme, highly recommended. The support, organisation, exposure, insights you gain are priceless. Feel like a normal employee, expected to pull weight in team
Colleagues would constantly ask me for information on the topic I was working on, always there should I need extra help
Manager was always there if I had a concern or needed assistance
This depends on your team, I was lucky enough to be quite busy, and the days went by in a flash
Real life responsibilities and tasks were assigned to me.
Challenging environment, will definitely use the skills learnt in my last year at university.
The Company
Team constantly organised events after work, which helped us bond
Everything worked like clockwork.
A immense amount of training and talks were organised for us
