The Role
Really exciting and interesting work.
Everyone here is nice and takes the time to speak to the interns.
There is a rather extensive mentorship and buddy system that supports all the interns.
Most days I was pretty busy, but there were a few slow days, which I didn't have a project for.
Depends on the desk, but much of the work is actually done for clients.
You will learn here more about global finance and business than you will ever learn in a class.
The Company
People are very nice, but this is a busy place.
The system is very well established and well run.
Everyone, even senior leadership, takes a time to meet with and give advice to the interns. Desks that are interested in hiring the interns will start training them for their job while on the program.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
They look to hire most of the interns.
The Culture
The other interns were great and most of us went out together.
London is expensive.
The office is in the center of London, so going anywhere from the office is convenient.
The hours are pretty long to be doing a ton of outside activities, but there were opportunities including community service.
