  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Very enjoyable, and very well planned out 9 weeks

  • Reasonably well valued. Praise given in some situations although more feedback on quality of work could have been given.

  • Mentor and Buddy scheme which was very useful

  • A good balance and very good hours for the industry

  • To be given the opportunity to go on business trips was a great experience

  • Not much overlap with an engineering degree, but some general skills developed will be of use

  • Good atmosphere particularly on my desk

  • Ran very smoothly, with minimal fuss.

  • Given the opportunity to do tasks which would have been done alot quicker by an employee, in order to teach and develop myself

  • Very sociable group of interns

  • Obviously london is an expensive area

  • Something for everyone, with a range of options

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Alot of the day spent working, although I imagine there would have been the opportunity in the area. Within the company it was largely hard to fit in during the week due to content of work
