The Role
Enjoyed learning through hands-on experience
Was fully involved and made to feel welcome by all members og the office
Was supervised and instructed fully by two senior employees throught the Placement.
As the Placement and job role developed I was fully expected to work full 9-5 days
By the end of the 12 months had my clients and chance to express the skills I had learnt.
The skills I have developed have given me a focus for my dissertation title and career focus
The Company
Friendly and enjoyable to work within
The placement was advertised on the University website, however I had to do a lot extra work to arrange the Placement etc
I receieved help and structured objectives with regards to achieveing the RCS APC
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
I will hopefully be able to have a role in the organisation after I have graduated.
The Culture
Had a few company nights outs and rounds of golf etc
Lived at home for the duration of the placement, so financially it was manageable.
Was close to London, so had a few nights out in London
A few sports events were arranged throughout the year.
