  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The experience was very insightful and I great deal about the Operations side of an investment bank.

    • The company organised presentations, events and activities for us during the two days. We got to know the people who worked at the company quite well but also with other students.

    • We had a chance to practice networking skills due to the number of networking events JP Morgan organised but also listened to speeches/talks given by senior mangement.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The programme was very structured; we were given a timetable on the first day which explained what events/activities JP Morgan had organised for us.

    • Great, everyone was really friendly including the other students. A fun two days!

    • We got a chance to speak to several employees working in different roles and senior mangement. Presentations were given with regards to each business area, very insightful!

    • The experience was a great insight into the culture of JP Morgan, as it was the Bournemouth office, we saw a different side to the stereotypical Investment Banking culture which is potrayed in the news, etc.

    • Hotel was paid for, really nice!

    • Yes, lots of opportunities. The company organised several events to network which was very useful.

    • They were good, but I sometime felt there weren't enough employees for the networking events to be effective.
