About You
Went for a two week spring insight in Operations Division. It was very well organised and gave me a good insight of what working at GS in operations would be.
I felt very valued and employees, althoug very busy, were willing to take time out and talk about their job.
I think you get as much guidance as you ask for. They are vey keen on giving feedback so if you ask you will get!
People at GS are very driven and efficient! So taking this on board will help you with any aspect of your studies.
The Company
Structure was great! It was jam-packed with work shadowing and useful presentations. There wasn't a time where I wasn't doing something.
General atmosphere was good! I really enjoyed the two weeks here and at the end you get an interview to see if you can get fast tracked for the summer internship the following year.
