  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The first few days were extremely tiring as the first day was just an initial overview. However, the third day things picked up since there were interactive games, a networking dinner on the fourth day and half day on the last day.

    • All questions were answered, from basic to complex ones.

    • Skills sessions etc. were fairly basic and things we knew beforehand, however hearing employees' experiences and answers during the panel Q&A was informative, as was the networking session.

    • There was one day where those who did not want to do Technology had a 2 hour break.

    • Skills sessions, innovation forum and an outside psychologist who took one session.

    • Lunch and one dinner, not as much as I would have liked

    • Dinner was excellent, employees rotated each course of the meal and we were sat in our divisional preferences
