  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Excellent place to do an internship.

  • Although I was asking unlimited number of questions, everyone was extremely helpful and always ready to spend some time and answer it. What is important, It was not only about work in Verizon, but far more.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Even if I was not busy with work, I had access to almost unlimited studying materials, so was never bored.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I do believe that it is very hard to give responsibility to intern while working on very big and complex computer networks, however I had opportunities to do some migrations on my own. In other cases we followed 4-eyes principle, where one of my colleague was supporting me.

  • Many hours or trainings/certifications paid by Verizon allowed me to make a big step forward.

  • Although I was the only intern in Amsterdam I had a lot of chances to go out etc.

  • One word - Amsterdam.
