Excellent company to work for. Doing work that had a direct impact on the firm and its client.

Was integrated into the team immediately and was responsible for looking after my own role, which I felt really showed how much my team trusted in me and in the internship programme. Everyone was very helpful and approachable from the newest members of my team to the head of the department. You are viewed as a member of the team and not merely as 'the intern'.

One of the best aspects of the internship. There was always someone there to offer help and to make sure that I got the most out of my internship. We were given a lot of access to senior members of the firm who were also more than happy to give direction/advice.

Your daily is what you make of it. If you're quiet on your job role there was always someone who needed something to do so you were never sitting around doing nothing. Everyone was very easy to talk to and it made asking for more work very easy.

Was given my own role to look after and improve upon from week 1. Was dealing directly with clients and external firms as a representative of the firm. I was allowed to run morning team meetings and to go morning management meetings with/on behalf of my team/manager.

There are numerous online resources which have been very helpful in expanding my knowledge which has been extremely beneficial to me when I returned to University. The internship was designed to build on soft skills, such as presentation and attention to detail, which I feel will be very useful skills to take forward and in my studies.

Excellent. Everyone was very nice, easy to talk to and approachable. The culture is something that really stands out. It is an environment that was incredibly enjoyable to come into everyday. Everyone is very hard working and driven to exceed and this is something that helps you to succeed too.

Excellent, from start to finish. Great opportunities to meet senior members of the firm, right up to the CEO, as well as other interns. The Graduate Recruitment team were able to tell us everything that they had planned for us, and there was a lot, from the first day. It was incredibly well structured to help you make the most of your internship and ensure that you had an enjoyable and worth while time.

There is a lot invested in finding and retaining the best people, ensuring that they are adequately trained and cultivating an environment where they can thrive and develop both personally and professionally. There are numerous online resources on the companies intranet and they encourage people to use these and to get involved in any other form of training they want.

Great company to work for! There are some excellent opportunities within the firm. Their graduate programme looks to be one of the most appealing in the industry and is really focused on making sure that the graduate is well integrated into the work force and gets the most out of their career, Seeing a lot of young people progressing quickly was very encouraging and says a lot about the firm. Weekly emails circulated about vacant job roles was really encouraging, especially in the current economic climate.

There were numerous events put on by the Graduate Recruitment team for the interns, with other interns, graduates and with management. You make friends very quickly with other interns and most of them will go for drinks on a Friday after work. My team went for a drink after work every Friday also and I was always invited. It was a young work force and while people always worked hard there was still a very good social scene.

Expensive, but London always is. I stayed in the city close to work so this was expensive.

Very good. I was based in London and there are numerous venues close to work and in the city.

We were given opportunities to get involved in charitable work and in sporting activities with full time staff members. Outside of this we were also given the opportunity to meet with representatives of the employee diversity groups.
