The Role
It was extremely enjoyable and they threw you in at the deep end from day one. It has been a great environment to work in as it is still a growing business everything is going on under one roof. You get to learn a lot about the business and you learn your role quick
I felt extremely valued as they were all so friendly and they appreciate it when they can see that you are a hard and enthusiastic worker
The management is great and they are really helpful
Again as it is a growing business there are always things to be doing which is good and tasks can vary.
Responsibility comes with time but they try to give you as much responsibility as possible which I don't think you get so much with a lot of companies
Completely! It is what I want to go into and I am happy I have been given the opportunity to work within an environment where I can use the skills I have learnt and learn more skills
The Company
It is a relaxed atmosphere but not in the sense where people slack. You do the work but everyone is calm and cheerful which makes it an enjoyable environment
For an expanding company they appeared to be extremely organised
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing. It is a good company to work for which is growing all the time and always willing to take on new people who want to grow in this area
The Culture
Yes very.
Not as expensive as living in London to do a placement
The nightlife is not good at all but that is not a big deal
Not really but again this wasn't offputting
