  • I was given responsiblity which made me feel like a valued member of the team.

  • My manager was there for support whenever I needed, and would happily discuss the business as a whole/competitors etc with me in order to build on the understanding of the company.

  • I was given alot of responsibility on some high profile tasks, which meant that I felt as though my ability was trusted by others.

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • I was located to two offices, one had a much better atmosphere than the other. Its about the people you work with, and the office with the better atmosphere knew there was a job to do, but had fun doing it.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • It wasnt always communicated well from the talent and development team what the line manager had to do. There was alot of confusion about the referal system, I feel this could have been better explained to both interns and line managers.

  • It depends on where you are placed and how many interns there are in that area.

  • It was extremely cheap, due to the staff cateen being cheap and also the area in general.
