  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed it very much. Wasn't a chore at all to get to work, and the events alongside the actual work were great.

    • Colleagues were very willing to help and I managed to get some great advice.

    • We had appraisals that were helpful and they all took the time to get me up to speed

    • Got a fair spread of work over the two weeks, but supervisors were very understanding if a particular research task could not be completed

    • I was assigned small tasks and research but some of it was part of a completion, so that was pretty interesting

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Quite a large extent. Got to observe solicitors in action and did learn a lot about areas of law I was unfamiliar with

    • Professional, but friendly. People are not afraid to joke or have a chat.

    • Events were well-organised; we were informed early enough if any major changes to the timetable happened

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • we had a fair bit of social events, it was good fun

    • I can't really say

    • Went to a pub near the office on the last day, it was quite nice and I know there are a few more around
