  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Made to feel welcome in both of the teams I was sat with, people took the time to explain a situation fully and ask your opinion on. Did not feel patronised at all.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Everybody welcomed any questions that I had about the work I was doing or the firm as a whole. HR team make themselves available for any problems or concerns. Supervisors fed back constantly and had useful appraisal in both seats.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Work rate varied, sometimes I was given a lot to do, sometimes it was quieter. However on the whole I was given enough to challenge me without being overloaded.

    5/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Obviously hard to give a vacation scheme student too much responsibility but was given work that directly affected clients and was actually used by the team. I was given very little purely theoterical work.

  • 4/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?

    4/5
