  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • I work in the branch serving customers and corporate accounts on a daily basis. We sell our protection products as well as what the company can offer. We work through the training prorgramme to develop ourselves to management level.

    • I’ve passed my management qualification interview with knowledge of all the departments. I have developed organisation, time management and managerial skills but most of all I have developed my confidence.
