Overview
It was so informational, I learnt so much about the culture and business behind the scenes at Bank of America. The people are so genuine and great to talk to. Most definitely is the best spring week in terms of overall experience and enjoyment.
Skills
Learning about the new technologies the company is using to further develop themselves. It’s a great way to learn about the industry and what they have to offer.
Business Insight
I was really surprised to find out about all of the opportunities available. Particularly the internal mobility and how easy it is to take an interest and switch roles.
Culture
There are amazing people, everyone is so accommodating and great to talk to. All the talks I had were so insightful for my future.
