Overview
I spent most of my time programming. I was also involved in team retros and planning and given opportunities to discuss my opinion and contribute to the plan for the product.
Skills
I learnt a lot. I worked in C# despite never using it before. I also got to see how professional development teams work. Redgate designates Friday afternoons for learning.
