    • Participants got involved in interactive case studies alongside Lloyds Banking Group colleagues, and took part in problem solving and coding activities across the 2 days. An insight into life at LBG and career in data science was offered, in addition to detailing the application process.

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • LBG has a very welcoming and inclusive culture, which is pretty much their manifesto as well. The hosts were very friendly and energetic, who kept all the sessions throughout the 2 days engaging and fun
