    • We attended varied talks and panels describing different practice areas. This was especially useful as, despite sitting in one department for the two weeks, we were able to deepen our knowledge.

    • A&O is a large, global firm, allowing vacation scheme participants to fully engage with the breadth of its work. It has a brilliant and friendly culture, and despite only spending two weeks on the vacation scheme, everyone at the firm is thoroughly welcoming and inclusive. It is definitely worth applying for the vacation scheme.
