    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • I gained insight into the different aspects of litigation, eg. Coordinating counsel, expert witness evidence, client meetings etc. This also allowed me to observe how lawyers communicate with different types of stakeholders in a case. I undertook statutory, case law, and general topic research and made attendance notes.
