  • There was an abundance of support and guidance throughout the year. Not only from your close team and manager but from all colleagues around the business. Everyone was willing to help and approachable. People were also quick to help point you in the right direction if they were unable to support with your questions.

  • Everyone was friendly and approachable. People were willing to take time out of there day to ask if you needed help or support you on tasks you were unsure about.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I really enjoyed my placement year. Having the flexibility of hybrid working allowed me to balance my work life balance which I really appreciated. I was given a lot more responsibility than I was expected and my opinion was always validated in my team. I felt as well i was able to experience different areas of the business and was able to tailor my placement year to areas I was interested in.
