Overview
During the spring week, participants attend presentations hosted by senior bankers that outline the bank's various teams and their respective functions. Participants can also engage in more practical training sessions, work shadowing, networking events, and group exercises in which they can put technical knowledge into practice.
Skills
The group exercise presents an invaluable experience to further develop teamwork in an environment with fast-approaching deadlines. Additionally, the technical training provided by Financial Edge was an excellent way to develop my understanding of technical aspects interactively.
Business Insight
I very much enjoyed learning about the various roles available at Lazard and would highly encourage others to explore the opportunities that Lazard can provide.
Culture
Everyone at Lazard was more than willing to answer any questions, which gave the sense of a very collaborative environment.

Overall, the spring insight was very well organised and run. The presentations were all of very high quality, and it was clear that the firm wanted to impress and look after the interns. All of which contributed to an enjoyable spring insight.
