Overview
Received insightful talks on all aspects of the business and how to succeed in each division. Also took part in one challenge every day which involved research and teamwork, and culminated in a presentation.
Skills
I enhanced many of my transferrable skills such as public speaking. I also gained valuable knowledge about all of the different divisions of the firm.
Business Insight
It was great to gain a deeper understanding of all of the different business divisions and to think about which I would be best aligned to.
Culture
The company has a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. I'd particularly like to thank the organisers of the programme in the Early Careers Team for being so welcoming and running such a smooth and insightful programme.
