    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • The insight was focused on employability. On each day we did group tasks and made presentations on given topics, one of which was about pitching a talk regarding Lloyds to 16-18 year olds. We learned about the graduate schemes and internships that Lloyds offers and how the application process runs.

  • I was able to talk to a variety of people from Lloyds individually and learn about their experiences which was great. However a lot of the program was focused on mental health which I feel would only be applicable to people actually starting a permanent role at Lloyds.
