Overview
During the 4 weeks, the days mainly consisted of supporting the Audit team with their Audits or speakers from different areas of Finance coming to discuss their specific practice does. Along with this, we also had training sessions in Excel, Powerpoints etc
Skills
I developed my presentation skills, in terms of what I learned. I learned how an Audit works and how it is conducted
Responsibilities
Yes, a lot of responsibility is given. After the first week, I was working on real projects which had deadlines
Support & Guidance
Although busy, the managers offered support in any spare time they had to give. They were very understanding, and even when mistakes would be made by the interns the managers were very supportive and encouraging
Culture
Great company culture, everyone I spoke to was very open and transparent furthermore senior staff were happy to meet up and network even though they have busy schedules themselves
Your Impressions
I loved my internship; the pay was great, the work was meaningful, and the managers were supportive and gave a real insight into Finance. I learned a lot during this internship.

Apply early and do not feel stressed. the recruitment team is very supportive, and the interviews and the entire recruitment process itself is relaxed.
