Overview
I get user stories to develop (code) per week. I split the story into sub-tasks and work on those day-to-day. When the changes are complete, I push me code and get it reviewed.
Skills
I have learnt a new programming language. I have learnt new technologies and software development methodologies in practice.
Responsibilities
I was given the opportunity to think and come up with solutions by myself. When I don't get it, I am guided and then I pick it up again. The responsibility made me to stretch myself and build capacity to solve problems.
Support & Guidance
I got supported all through the journey. My colleagues are necessarily busy people but they still get to spare few minutes of their time to help me out on any issues or answer my questions.
Culture
The culture is very welcoming, especially in the particular office that I worked in.

It was really thrilling, and even the challenges I overcame technically only improved my skillset.
