Overview
2 weeks of training and 8 weeks of working at desk of the Investment Banking Division. Pooling system through the whole period which provide opportunities to work with any teams you are interested in during the summer.
Skills
Yes, I've learnt more fundamental valuation practice and presentation skills. I have developed my communication skills and working efficiency.
Responsibilities
Yes. I have worked on the master files in many projects and take charge of some work when my analysts were on holidays.

I have received support and guidance both on my work from my project analysts and associates and on my career development from my buddy, mentor, and DO.
