  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • The first day was an overview of Nomura and included lots of interactive workshops and presentations. There was a day each dedicated to global markets, IBD and tech which included many networking sessions, presentations and soft skills workshops

    • There were tailored soft skills workshops in addition to technical breakdowns of the work which occurs within Nomura. There were also case study workshops

    • Incredibly insightful, everyone was so approachable and willing to talk to you. Networking was definitely the best opportunity to find out a huge amount about each role

    • Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and open. I didn’t feel intimidated at all and was very comfortable asking questions

    • I very much enjoyed the insight which has taught me so much. The spring class were great to get along with and the employees made us feel very comfortable and taken care of.

    • Definitely apply! Take every opportunity on the programme|, reach out to employees as well as use your spring class to your advantage. Everyone you meet will want to learn about you and will be more than happy to answer any questions you have.
