  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My role was in the Commercial Banking division. Daily tasks involved attending team calls, using excel to analyse lending data and undertaking testing to make sure changes are implemented correctly.

  • Yes. I was given responsibility to do analysis work and present it to my line manager and to do system testing.

  • Very friendly and supportive. Everyone I approached was willing to set some time for a chat and answer questions I had.

  • It was an enjoyable experience. I completed a variety of tasks and shadowed colleagues in different roles within my team. There were many learning opportunities through training.
