Overview
It varied but days included senior speaker sessions, training sessions from financial edge, time to network with employees and other firmwide sessions such as a communication skills workshop.
Skills
I’ve learnt much more finance knowledge then prior and specifically after doing 2 case studies, I learnt a lot about what an analyst does. I also developed my organisational skills and communication skills.
Business Insight
Really useful and insightful, particularly having free time to network meant I was able to talk to a large variety of people all with different roles.
Culture
Everyone was really great and eager to talk with me and just be of genuine help where they could which was great to see.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight. It was comprehensive, giving much more than just a surface level look at what investment banking is.
