Overview
This week was very well organised, we were given a detailed schedule of sessions: lectures, networking sessions with bank employees, between other candidates, entertainment sessions. Everything was done to have a great time learning even remotely.
Skills
I was able to have a more complete and precise vision of the different jobs in the bank, very well explained and with the desire to learn more. Very interesting sessions on how to communicate, grow and be resilient in a company were very instructive.
Business Insight
Very interesting to know if you want to go into this field or not. And if so, to be able to apply for a summer internship the following year, which facilitates the process.
Culture
His culture and presentation just exceeded my expectations. Even though they are demanding of their employees, in return they do everything possible to put them in the best possible working conditions.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed this insight because not only did this week make me want to work in this field but even more so at Bank of America. I would like to be able to work in one of the best banks in the world while having the human aspect (diversity, inclusiveness,...) taken into account and this is exactly what Bank of America offers.
