Overview
Talks were given describing how the bank operated, some of their values and the different areas you can go into. On two of the days, there was a deeper insight into a specific sector which entailed group discussions and activities.
Skills
Learnt more techniques to prepare for interviews and how to conduct yourself professionally.
Business Insight
Very interesting to see the different sectors and areas that the bank deals with. Showed how large and diverse the bank is.
Culture
Atmosphere was welcoming, which you could tell despite the whole programme being online.

Enjoyed learning about the bank, what a career in finance entails and was generally insightful to learn this.
